But during that time, the supplies are much lower due to a higher demand. Producers purposely do this so that they can raise the price and get more profit. People are so ridiculous that they will buy anything to get that present. For example, people were buying the Nintendo Wii at 500 bucks when it was being sold for only 250. This was during the holiday season, after it all passed, the price went down.
